Nava & Associates, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business led by Major General (Ret.) Kenneth A. Nava, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). With more than three decades of senior leadership across the U.S. Army, Federal Government, State Government, and a Fortune 500 corporation, I saw a common pattern in every environment: strong strategies that faltered in execution.

I founded this firm to fix that. Using proven military planning tools blended with PMP-aligned project governance, risk management, and execution discipline, we help organizations build effective systems, develop leaders, and achieve results without unnecessary bureaucracy or corporate jargon.
